Your Instructor

Sandra DesandoMy name is Sandra DeSando and I am the owner of Happy Life Yoga. I have enjoyed practicing Yoga for close to 30 years. It truly makes me happy to share the benefits with others. Yoga can be anything from easy to challenging poses, meditation and relaxation techniques. The study of Yoga is about pursuing a healthy, happy and fulfilled way of life. I strive to encompass the Yoga philosophy “to improve someone else’s life.”
My teaching style is tailored to my students’ interest and fitness level. I have been an instructor for 10  years and continue to enhance my education through Yoga workshops and retreats. Beginners are encouraged to explore the wonderful world of Yoga. I specialize in introducing newcomers to the practice. There is something to gain for every body and every mind. Essential oils are incorporated into my Yoga Therapy to maximize results quickly.  I use pure, natural oils to promote good physical health with no side effects.

Sanda has completed Level 1 Yoga Nidra training using the I Rest protocol for meditation. Sandra studied with the program founder, Dr. Richard Miller. The Integrative Restoration Instituted (IRI) has help transform the lives of thousands of people worldwide.
