Sometimes a small change to your current lifestyle can bring big results. Proper breathing, meditation, exercise and healthy eating are all important components of Yoga. Your Instructor

Sandra DesandoMy name is Sandra DeSando and I am the owner of Happy Life Yoga. I have enjoyed practicing Yoga for over 30 years. It truly makes me he happy to share the benefits with others. Yoga can be anything from easy to challenging poses, meditation and relaxation techniques. The study of Yoga is about pursuing a healthy, happy and fulfilled way of life. I strive to encompass the Yoga philosophy “to improve someone else’s life.”

My teaching style is tailored to my students’ interest and fitness level. I have been an instructor for over 10 years and continue to enhance my education through Yoga workshops and retreats. Beginners are encouraged to explore the wonderful world of Yoga. I specialize in introducing newcomers to the practice. There is something to gain for every body and every mind.

Rise and Shine

Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-9am

Chair Yoga with Weights. Increase bone and muscle strength. Energize your body and mind to begin the day.All Levels Welcome. Bring an exercise mat and water bottle Each class will focus on balance, flexibility and relaxation.$10 per class

Flow, Glow and Go

Wednesday from 6-7pm

Active Yoga Flow, a fun and challenging way to keep our bodies flexible and strong. All Levels Welcome. Bring an exercise mat and water bottle Each class will focus on strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation.$10 per class

Private Sessions are available for $25.00 per hour
