Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Monday and Wednesday from 6-7pm

Vinyasa Flow-This class is designed to challenge you and build muscle strength. The movements are synchronized with the breath and consists of one movement flowing into the next. It is a more vigorous style that warms and energizes the body.

All Levels Welcome. Bring an exercise mat and water bottle Each class will focus on strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation.$15 per class

Tuesday and Thursday from 8-9am

Hatha Gentle Stretch Chair Yoga-This class is designed for those new to Yoga or just looking to gain flexibility and relaxation. It enables you to get more in tune with your body and encourages self-healing. Light weights used to strengthen muscles and bones.
